    For Beginners in cooking, Patience and taking it easy and slow is the Key to start cooking . Indian Recipes do look complicated but best Indian dishes are simple to cook. These easy Indian recipes are perfect for beginner in Indian cooking whether you are a home cook, a college student or a Bachelor who craves home-cooked Indian food.

    Trust me, when I got married, as a beginner cook I did not even knew kitchen basics. I could only make tea or coffee for my survival. But, gradually with basic recipes, I started cooking and first learned to cook simple and easy vegetarian Indian recipes. Gradually I started building upon those recipes and learned to combine various flavours and techniques and look where I am now, sharing my recipes with all of you. 🙂

    Through my years of cooking, the most important thing that I learned was cooking is not tough, but understanding of the ingredients is a must! I understand the outlook of beginners, therefore, I always try to keep all of my recipes easy and simple.
