Grocery List for Indian Dinner Plan
I am assuming you have basic spice powders, whole spices and kitchen essentials like ghee and oil. These are the things which you need to buy on weekend and store them in refrigerator.

INDIAN DINNER PLAN FOR THE WEEK
MONDAY DINNER PLAN
Starting your week with something spicy can be a good idea. Sindhi Kadhi can be a great start to the first day of the week. This delicious and tangy Sindhi Kadhi can be paired up with either rice or roti. Spice up with the right Indian masalas and savor every bite you have.
TUESDAY DINNER PLAN
It is difficult to resist the temptation of eating karele ki sabzi with langar wali daal. This Punjabi dish can balance out your taste and nutrition requirements in the best possible way. Don’t forget to spice your dinner with some salad and pickle.
WEDNESDAY DINNER PLAN
It’s mid week and you want to make something very quickly. You can try this delicious Rajasthani papad ki sabzi and beetroot raita with some steamed rice / Roti (you can buy pre made half cooked chapaties if you are feeling lazy 😀 ) A green salad on side with some lemon is always a good idea to add taste and nutrition.
THURSDAY DINNER PLAN
Keep your dinner light and simple matar mushroom ki sabzi, moong ki dhuli dal and roti. This amazing combination of a dal and sabzi is all time favourite of Indians.
FRIDAY DINNER PLAN
It has been 4 days into the week and it is time to try out something different. You can try out Paneer Tikka Masala and Aloo methi ki sabzi if you want to enjoy a wholesome, filling meal. If Non vegetarian meal is your choice you can cook chicken tikka masala.
SATURDAY DINNER PLAN
I would mostly like to dine out with family on Saturdays, but if you are staying in, any of these pasta recipes with Any of these healthy and delicious salad can be a good option as per your preference.SUNDAYIt is officially a Rajma chawal day for the vegetarians and I strongly recommend to cook Rajma curry or kidney beans curry with chawal and serve it with plain dahi /yogurt with a papad and salad on the sides. If you are non vegetarian Biryani makes a perfect Sunday lunch this Hyderabadi chicken biryani with Dahi Papad Raita and pickle is great idea too.
